Requests for Instructional Software Installation (WINTER 22-23)

(Information Commons, Library, Multimedia Rooms, and departmental computer labs)

WINTER Quarter

We are approaching the time to prepare the student computers for Winter Classes!

If your courses will require new software, upgrades, or browser plug-ins in the Information Commons, Library, Multimedia Rooms, Computer Classrooms, or departmental computer labs, please complete this request. To install software we will need the media (or link) and licensing information. If you have any specific needs please be sure to mention them to ensure the work is completed for the beginning of the quarter.

We will need to have the software install media and licenses no later than Friday, Dec 2^nd. Software and licenses can be delivered to Bldg. 18, Room 301 or links provided when you submit a ticket. Our team begins developing the new setup for the computers on December 5^th, 2022 and will begin deploying the changes by December 16^th, 2022.

Unfortunately, software received after Dec 2^nd, 2022 may not be available for the beginning of class. Additional requests will be addressed as quickly as possible.
