New ctcLink Login Process

Hello Titans,

 

After last weekend’s change to the ctcLink login process, some people may still be having trouble accessing ctcLink or are experiencing a long period of lag.

 

If this is the case for you, try clearing the cookies and cache of your computer internet browser.  ctcLink recommends that  the time frame you choose is “All Time” and not just 24 hours or 7 days.   Here is a guide that ctcLink has provided.  Using a different browser may also help you.

 

They have also recommended to clear the Cookies for just the ctcLink URL.  Here is a guide that will help with this process.
