Reminder: Installation of Mitel/ShoreTel Connect (formerly ShoreTel Communicator)

Reminder:  If you have not updated your ShoreTel Communicator to Mitel/ShoreTel Connect, you can follow the instructions below.  You will need to do this to interact with your desk phone from your campus computer.

This weekend’s upgrades to the Mitel/ShoreTel phone system have been completed.  Here is a link to the guide for updating to the new ShoreTel/MiTel Connect (formerly ShoreTel Communicator) for a PC or a Mac.  ShoreTel/MiTel Connect allows you to control phone functions via your TCC computer.

This guide provides links for the software as well as a video walk-through of installing the software.  To the right side of the guide you will find a few PDF documents for checking voicemail and a quick reference guide.
