New TCC IT Help Desk Support Site

Big news on the eLearning and IT front!

 

TCC eLearning and IT have launched a new TCC Support site to replace the Parature support site.

 

TCC IT Support Options:

  • Portal Quicklink
    There is a MyTCC Portal Quicklink called “Support.”
  • Web
    my.tacomacc.edu/support. Some really great instructions on how to submit a request via the web are posted here.
  • Email
    You can email your support requests to our new email address: support@tacomacc.edu. 
  • Phone
    Staff can call 253.460.HELP (4357) and students can call 253.566.5176.
  • TCC IT Notifications and Alerts
    You can see updated information (like this message!) on the new TCC Support site by clicking on the Notifications and Alerts tab under the TCC Support logo.
